Shelvian exists because scheduling in-store demos should take 3 minutes, not 3 hours. We built the tool we wished we had when we were running our own brand.

It started with a Monday morning wasted on phone calls.

I was running a natural food brand. Every week, I spent Monday morning calling store managers to schedule demos for the weekend. Three hours of phone tag, text messages, and calendar juggling — just to book three demos.

Then I had to find brand ambassadors. More group texts. More back-and-forth. Someone would cancel Friday night and I would scramble to find a replacement.

After the demo, I would ask my BA: "How did it go?" The answer was always the same: "Pretty good. Lots of people tried it." That was the entire report. No data on why people bought or why they walked away. No way to know if the demo was actually worth the $200 it cost me.

I looked for a tool to fix this. There was nothing built for brands like mine — emerging, bootstrapped, doing 10-20 demos a month. Everything was either built for enterprise field marketing teams or was just another spreadsheet template. So I built Shelvian.
